AXLhub creates opportunities for Microsoft professionals in Slovenia to work on meaningful digital transformation projects. We combine local talent, dedicated mentoring and an international delivery environment, helping people at different career stages grow through real Microsoft technology work.

What it is designed to do.
The portal turns a broad technology area into a sequence of understandable, inspectable steps. It is intended for guided onboarding, self-directed practice and mentor-led development.
Practise
Apply the concepts in hands-on labs, using safe synthetic data and clearly stated completion criteria.
Reflect
Record progress, questions and evidence, then use mentor feedback to close gaps before moving on.
Learning model_
How a learning path works.
Start with the overview
Choose a technology path and read the objectives, expected effort and sequence before opening a module.
Complete the lab
Follow the hands-on steps and produce the stated deliverable. The goal is demonstrated capability, not only reading.
Use sign-off when ready
Signed-in learners can submit a module for mentor review. The mentor can approve it or request changes with comments.
Example use_
From orientation to a working SharePoint lab.
A new consultant might start with SharePoint fundamentals, continue through information architecture and permissions, and then complete a supervised Axlhub test-tenant build. The learner records the configuration, validates the result, and submits the module for mentor sign-off. The same pattern carries into later Power Platform, Azure and governance work.
