Build a correct mental model from concise explanations, official documentation and carefully chosen examples.
AXLhub Learning is a structured learning portal for consultants who build, govern and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions.

AXLhub creates opportunities for Microsoft professionals in Slovenia to work on meaningful digital transformation projects. We combine local talent, dedicated mentoring and an international delivery environment, helping people at different career stages grow through real Microsoft technology work.
For someone starting out, that means structured onboarding, a clear development path and support from experienced colleagues. For experienced professionals, it means challenging projects for international clients, collaboration across countries and room to take on greater responsibility.
AXLhub Learning is one part of that approach: a practical space to build knowledge, practise safely and turn progress into confident delivery.

Build a correct mental model from concise explanations, official documentation and carefully chosen examples.
Apply the concepts in hands-on labs, using safe synthetic data and clearly stated completion criteria.
Record progress, questions and evidence, then use mentor feedback to close gaps before moving on.
Choose a technology path and read the objectives, expected effort and sequence before opening a module.
Follow the hands-on steps and produce the stated deliverable. The goal is demonstrated capability, not only reading.
Signed-in learners can submit a module for mentor review. The mentor can approve it or request changes with comments.
A new consultant might start with SharePoint fundamentals, continue through information architecture and permissions, and then complete a supervised Axlhub test-tenant build. The learner records the configuration, validates the result, and submits the module for mentor sign-off. The same pattern carries into later Power Platform, Azure and governance work.
Resources favour current Microsoft Learn and product documentation so learners can verify details and continue exploring.
Modules connect concepts to discovery, design, configuration, validation, handover and governance decisions.
Labs ask for notes, evidence, validation results and mentor review. Never use real client data in a learning exercise.
Public pages explain the learning approach. A signed-in account adds saved progress, notes, cross-device sync and mentor review.
