AXLhub Learning stores your sign-in identifier, profile, learning progress, notes, mentor feedback and activity timestamps so the portal can provide progress tracking and review workflows.

Usage analytics

For approved signed-in users, the portal records sessions, learning paths and modules viewed, module completions, external-link destinations and approximate active time. Identity is derived securely from the signed-in account; names and email addresses are not copied into individual analytics events.

Public visits are recorded as anonymous sessions limited to the current browser tab, without a name, email address or persistent analytics cookie. Detailed analytics events are retained for 90 days.

Download a machine-readable copy of the portal data linked to your current account.

Delete

Deleting removes profile, activity, analytics and progress from the portal. Your Microsoft account is not deleted. Audit records required for security and compliance may be retained.
